You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships! We try our best to get all packages out ASAP (1-3 business days)! Domestic Standard Shipping:

USPS Ground Shipping is $8.
Order Processing takes 1-3 business days.
As soon as your package ships please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
ALL domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Domestic Express Shipping: Do you need an item asap? We do currently offer Express Shipping Directly at check out via USPS Priority Mail Express.

Any Priority Mail Express order will arrive in 1-2 business days.
Any express order purchased on Saturday or Sunday will not go out until the following Monday!
Any express order purchased after 12pm EST will not ship until the following business day.
Holidays are also excluded and will ship the next business day.

International Shipping:

We are currently shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International.
How much is shipping to Canada?:The price of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items.
How long is processing?:Please allow 1-3 Business days for order processing.
When will my package arrive?:Estimated shipping time is 6-10 business days after dispatch.
Do International orders get free shipping?: At this time, any Canada or international order is not eligible for FREE Shipping Offers
Taxes & Customs:Import Duties, custom fees, taxes, and any other charges or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Coco Kimono is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is stolen, arrived damaged, or missing contents please contact USPS Support. A link for filing a claim with the postal service is below.
