Not loving your item, doesn't fit..etc? No worries dolls! Good news is you have 14 days to return your full-priced items starting from the day your item was delivered (Delivery date is confirmed in your USPS Tracking Information). To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (tags attached). You cannot return anything that is worn, washed, damaged, or altered in anyway. We have the right to deny a return if any items do not meet our return policy standards. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. ALL SALE, Jewelry, Accessories (EXAMPLE: Hair Accessories, Sunglasses, Scarves, Hats, Hosiery, Belts), and under- garments (EXAMPLE: Underwear, Bodysuits, Bralettes, & Bras) cannot be returned. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Return Instructions: 
1. Please email us at to notify us that you would like to return an item. Within 24-48 business hours we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
2. Print your return label, pack up your items, and drop them in the mail (Please note that this return label will be sent to the email address that was registered to your account).

Return Fee: We are happy to accept returns, however in order to cover the cost of shipping and processing we charge an $8.00 shipping fee for returning an order. The $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your original form of payment at the time of refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Also remember a $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your original form of payment as well. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SALE ITEMS:  As previously stated, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
