Not loving your item, doesn't fit..etc? No worries dolls! Good news is you have 14 days to return your full-priced items starting from the day your item was delivered (Delivery date is confirmed in your USPS Tracking Information).
Returns & Fees:
- We are happy to accept returns, however in order to cover the cost of shipping and processing we charge an $8.00 shipping fee for returning an order.
- If your order is not over $100 after refund, original shipping costs will not be refunded. This means if you spent over $100 and originally received free shipping but decided to return all or half your order, it no longer qualifies for free shipping. In this instance, a $16.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your original form of payment ($8.00 Shipping Fee + $8.00 Return Fee = $16.00).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What are the conditions for returning an item(s):
- Merchandise must be arrived at our location within 14 days of delivery to you. (Delivery date is confirmed in your USPS Tracking Information).
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging (tags attached).
- You cannot return anything that is worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered in anyway. Your item must be without fragrance and without make-up residue.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- ALL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged
- ALL PROMOTIONAL SALES cannot be returned or exchanged
- ALL Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged
- ALL Accessories (EXAMPLE: Hair Accessories, Sunglasses, Scarves, Hats, Hosiery, Belts) cannot be returned or exchanged
- ALL Under-garments (EXAMPLE: Underwear, Bodysuits, Bralettes, & Bras) cannot be returned or exchanged
- ALL orders placed with XO Discount Codes cannot be returned or exchanged
- All Pre-Orders cannot be returned or exchanged
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
We have the right to deny a return if any items do not meet our return policy standards. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Can I return discounted items?
- Any merchandise with an adjusted price cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders placed with a discount code starting with “XO” are non- refundable (EXAMPLE: XOSTYLE30)
- Any promotional item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you charge a return fee?
- The $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your original form of payment at the time of refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return my item(s)?
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you would like to return an item. Within 24-48 business hours we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
- Print your return label, pack up your items, and drop them in the mail (Please note that this return label will be sent to the email address that was registered to your account).
Refund and Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- If your order is not at least US $100 after refund, original shipping costs will not be refunded. This means if you spent over $100 and originally received free shipping but decided to return half your order, it no longer qualifies for free shipping. In this instance, a $16.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed.
Why is my refund taking so long?
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships! We try our best to get all packages out ASAP (1-3 business days)! Domestic Standard Shipping:
- USPS Ground Shipping is $8.
- Order Processing takes 1-3 business days.
- FREE Domestic Shipping over $100!
- As soon as your package ships please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
- ALL domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Domestic Express Shipping: Do you need an item asap? We do currently offer Express Shipping Directly at check out via USPS Priority Mail Express.
- Any Priority Mail Express order will arrive in 1-2 business days.
- Any express order purchased on Saturday or Sunday will not go out until the following Monday!
- Any express order purchased after 2pm EST will not ship until the following business day.
- Holidays are also excluded and will ship the next business day.
- We are currently shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International.
- How much is shipping to Canada?: The price of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items.
- How long is processing?: Please allow 1-3 Business days for order processing.
- When will my package arrive?: Estimated shipping time is 6-10 business days after dispatch.
- Do International orders get free shipping?: No. At this time, any Canada or international order is not eligible for FREE Shipping Over $100.
- Taxes & Customs: Import Duties, custom fees, taxes, and any other charges or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
